Bestselling author, inspirational speaker, and host of OWN Network’s number one show, Fix My Life Iyanla Vanzant will have a powerful conversation with a select group about the power of self-love surrounding the world’s most popular romantic holiday.
I asked Dr. Vanzant what will be discussed during this intimate lunch with only 250 people and here’s what she had to say:
Do not miss this opportunity to hear from and chat with one of our nation’s foremost thought leaders on self-love and healthy relationships.

Last week I posted a dynamic letter written to black women, penned by author, speaker and psychotherapist, Jack A. Daniels:
Well today I’m telling you, “I love you.” No attachments, no hidden agenda, no games or gimmicks. I say this as a Black Man loving his sister because I’m concerned.
This struck a chord with me and I just had to find out more about this gifted man. Turns out we have a mutual connection and… I was happy to find out I could see more of his work on a new TV show called #BlackLove

Who knew 140 characters would turn into a book set to release June 8th? Certainly not Bishop Greg Davis, who began tweeting a collection of gems about relationships about 3-years ago. This collection of thoughts started simply as “When the Right one Comes,” and finished with wise quotes like.
You don’t find the right one, you become the right one and the right one finds you!
I had the opportunity to chat with Bishop Greg about his book today and found out why he did it, and how you can participate in “When the right one comes” as well!
“Success is not success, until you have failed at something. Most people who speak from authority on a given subject speak from failures in their lives. Experts are experts, because they have first-hand research or knowledge on a specific subject. This is not by theory, but from true experience,” says Davis.
Set to release June 8th, 2015, this highly anticipated book is available for pre-order now at www.gregdavisshow.com. All preorders will be signed by Davis and accompanied with a personal thank you note.
I told Gwen Thomas, I wish I had this guide about five-years ago! What I’m referring to is her book, The Parents Smart Guide to Sending Your Kids to College Without Going Broke. Smart right? Today, we talked about the pitfalls of loans and credit cards, getting scholarship money and even picking the right major. It’s not too late for you!
