Maya L. Ralston writes that we all fight low spirits at times but has three thoughtful ways to overcome them when you’re feeling discouraged.

Ralston’s begins with, Find Someone to Help stating, “One of the greatest ways to get yourself out of that deep, depression is to go and find someone else to help or to serve.”
