Last Wednesday we received great advice on how to Setting and Keeping Goals during Game On Wednesday with Joseph Kimbrough, President of Sensible Business Technical and Leadership Institute. After a particularly horrific ordeal at a local coffee franchise (if you’re a friend on twitter or Facebook, you know the story), Joseph and I decided to tackle the importance of customer service.
