Montell Jordan was nominated for an Award and was a presenter at last nights Dove Awards. Though he no longer sings R&B, he set the record straight with the Christian Post about retiring from the music industry to sing gospel verses retiring to pursue full-time ministry.

Jordan is a Minister and Worship Leader at Victory World Church in Norcross, Georgia. Check out the video that was initially a love song to his wife, but Montell and his then 14-year-old daughter change the words to make it a love song to God.
